How to use English grammar tenses activities
- Print the cards with actions, cut and laminate them.
- Do the same with the spinners.
- Students can work in pairs, teams or alone.
- They should spin the spinner and make a sentence with an action and a pronoun on the action card (some cards have “My…” instead of the pronoun). The students should also remember to include all the necessary:
- articles (a, an, the);
- possessive pronouns (my, your, his, her, their, our, its);
- time expressions depending on the tense.
Not all cards have the necessary articles. I deliberately omitted them so that the students could insert the right article and practice.
Black and white option is available.
